  • Food Research Lab's Food Research Lab’s pilot plant unit has a separate line for processing beverages and semi-solid food varieties to experiment and produce the trial product under industrial conditions (minimum 100 liters and up to 500-litre batches for milk while beverages minimum 15 kg to 40 kg). FRL enables food and beverage manufacturers to bridge the gap between product lab formulation and commercial manufacturing.

Initially, for products such as sauces or juice varieties, the raw materials are fed into the kettle through the hopper, where it is boiled and removed once it reaches the required brix value. After this, further processing is carried out based on the type of food product.
