Concept:

The machine uses several methods to quantify a dose of processed food product and then feeds it into bags, pouches, cartons, cans, jars, bottles, and other types of packaging.

Working:

Connecting the bagging machine to a multi-head scale or another filling machine, such as a drill or volumetric filler, allows filling. These two machines are electronically linked, so the product is placed into the bag as soon as it is ready. The lid is sealed after the merchandise has been dropped into the bag. To establish a side or centre seal, the sealing jaws press the two parts of the overlapping material together and fuse them, frequently with heat.
