Challenges
- Formulating the ready to cook food products with natural ingredients per client’s requirements to provide instant soup mix with no artificial flavours.
- The most challenging part is the dehydration of the chicken and vegetables; the dehydration process should be done properly, which can influence the shelf life of the final product.
- Another challenging part is achieving the desirable consistency of the product.
