- This study aims to develop cold-pressed juice per the client’s requirements and
- The formulation of the green juice with good sensory properties.
What did we do?
Challenges
- Leafy vegetables were used for its formulation. The vegetables have a rather bland taste.
- The product should have a shelf life of at least one month, which is the most challenging part.
