Assignment: Formulation of Awadh Biryani without compromising taste & quality
Solution: The culinary experts at the Food Research Lab collaborated with Food Technologists to develop Awadh biryani that can be stored at ambient temperature. Our technologists conducted various experiments to develop and thermally process the product, creating a shelf-stable “Awadh Biryani”.
