Assignment: Formulation of high quality ready-to-eat dips with an extended shelf life of upto 50 days without heat or preservatives.
Solution: With FRL technology, the formulated dip lasted longer (two times or more) and could maintain quality without preservatives or higher acidity. This technology can be applied to other products in this category, including hummus, salsas, soups, and many freshly made condiments.
