Client’s Sensory evaluation

At Food Research Lab’s Food Research Lab, we have created a conducive environment that minimizes bias while conducting a sensory evaluation, thereby improving accuracy. We have done numerous trials for the new products we develop based on the In-house sensory, and we have a relatively more significant number of experts who conduct sensory evaluations to ensure the results are more objective than subjective. Also, we have created space for our clients to assess the product’s sensory properties and any changes that can be made at this stage, ensuring client satisfaction and, ultimately, the product’s success.  

One of our clients visited the R&D lab to test the carbonated energy drink formulated in the Food Research Lab. They were guided by a trained sensory panellist, who helped them to finalize the product. A perfect product was developed after numerous Inhouse trials and client feedback. The product developed was a low-calorie energy drink which contained natural caffeine sources and a natural high-intensity, low-calorie sweetener, as per the client's requirements. The following image depicts the sensory evaluation of the product by the client, which is conducted in an environment free from external stimuli which may distract the process.
