Job Description:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations at food processing industries to ensure optimal product quality
- Need to Close all NPFs on-time. Liase with the sales and marketing department to develop and implement strategies for driving sales of newly introduced or seasonal products or machines or facilities.
- Prepare a proper schedule of food /supplement production for the order which the company got.
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Allot the manpower accordingly with efficiency of completing the work on time.
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Prepare a report after the completion of the production work with all necessary documents.
Required Qualification: Bachelors/Master’s in Food science/Engineering/Technology with prior experience in a food manufacturing & storage industry
