Polyamide plastic wrappings are used at the end nozzle of the sausage maker. The packaging material is fixed onto the outlet nozzle and holds the sausage as it comes out of the outlet. The sausage is compact because of the pressure applied and takes up less space inside the packaging, making the sausage wrappings intact. A long thread of sausage is obtained at each batch production, and they are notched at intermittent ends according to the size requirements.
Sausages are used as an ingredient in many food items, such as burgers, hot dogs, etc., without the outer casing. Food Research Lab can develop unique sausages as per your requirements and produce them for you on the pilot scale.
