  • Since the product should be formulated from orange juice, it tends to sediment.
  • The formulation of orange soda from orange juice and not from added flavour and
  • The most challenging part is to achieve good taste and sensory properties from less added sugar.

  • The orange soda was filtered using filters that prevent sedimentation.
  • Natural flavours were added to the product that helps bring desirable sensory properties with less added sugar.
