Today’s Task
A client from India who runs an international beverage business approached Food Research Lab to develop new drinks that can fetch a new market and target the beverage consumers of a few districts in Karnataka, namely Tumkur and Chitradurga. They require this because they are planning to set up their beverage processing plant near these districts and want to initially fetch the local market with drinks that have flavours indigenous to their tastes. The client also stated that they need to mimic big giant corporations already established in all parts of the country; however, producing the same products and offering them at a lower price will target many consumers.

The blend of dry ingredients such as spices, flours and additives. The soy based protein is the main ingredient.
The mixing of dry and wet ingredients such as water, vegetable oil/fat combined together, after that dough making and finally form into a cylindrical shape.
This vegan product mimics the same like mutton sheekh kebab prepared from vegan source.
The authentic flavour and aroma of spices contributes the complete feel of meat like product while tasting.
